Maine Family Federal Credit Union Welcomes New Assistant Vice President of Member Services

Kayleigh OgdenLewiston, ME – Maine Family Federal Credit Union is excited to announce the appointment of Kayleigh Ogden as Assistant Vice President of Member Services. With over 8 years of credit union experience, Ogden brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the credit union, further strengthening its commitment to exceptional member service.

In this role, Ogden will be responsible for ensuring exceptional member service while working collaboratively to achieve the credit union’s strategic goals. She will oversee the creation and implementation of policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with external regulations and seamless communication to staff. Additionally, Ogden will focus on maintaining a highly motivated and well-trained team to enhance operational efficiency and elevate the member experience.

Previously, Ogden held positions at a credit union local to the Lewiston/Auburn area, and a quasi-state agency where she excelled in member service, community outreach, and consumer and mortgage lending. Ogden received the 2020 Diane Oceretko People Helping People Award from the Maine Credit Union League and was nominated for the 2020 L/A Uplift’s 40 under 40 in the Local Heroes category.  She is passionate about empowering our members and the community to achieve financial independence.
